Staff Announcement: Deckmakers
Hi everyone! This is Reine, your head mod. First off, thank you all so much for helping me with the decks. They look wonderful and I really appreciate the effort and time you guys gave for them. I'll be handing your staff pay next week when the game opens (assuming that you're all joining.)
Now, on to business.
I believe I have asked this before, but not everyone has given a concrete reply. As it is, Deck Donations will be opened starting today, and I want to know if everyone is on board with becoming full-time deckmakers for the community. Now, I'm aware some of you are really busy in real life and I encourage you to focus on that more. Not gonna lie, while I was lenient with asking for decks before sign-ups, I will be strict with deadlines and responsibilities once the game opens.
As deckmakers, you have the opportunity to make up to five decks of your choosing. Aside from prejoin, Regular players are only allowed up to three decks each. That gives you an advantage if you ever wanted to make more decks for your favorite series. You also get staff pay for your efforts, which will be handed every 15th and end of the month. All I ask is that you also keep in mind to make decks from Deck Donations as well, and that all decks are submitted to me on the Tuesday prior to the release. This is to ensure that I have plenty of time to upload them and to hand out rewards.
While I would be willing to extend it a day or two during emergencies (school, work, deadlines etc.), I won't be so tolerant if it's something done repeatedly. That's why I want to make sure now whether or not you'd be all right with being part of the Deckmaking staff. Please reply to this post as to whether or not you're still on board, but either way I'll still be rewarding you next week for the work you've placed this week.
If you are on board, let me know what journal to add to the community so I can keep track of the staff.
